Terms of Service

1. About NoteKash

NoteKash is a platform that lets users rate mobile apps and earn rewards. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the platform.

2. Registration and activation

Registration is free. Users must provide accurate information (first name, last name, country, email address). NoteKash automatically generates an identifier and a temporary password that the user must keep safe.

Each account must be activated once by a NoteKash assistant before accessing rating and withdrawal features.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for adults residing in an African country supported by the platform. Only one account per natural person is allowed. Fraud, multiple accounts, or any manipulation attempt will result in immediate suspension.

4. App ratings

Each user may rate up to 5 apps per day. The counter resets at 00:00 UTC. Ratings must be honest and reflect the user's actual experience. Fraudulent or repetitive reviews are strictly prohibited.

5. Rewards and withdrawals

The amount displayed per app is credited to the user's balance after the rating is validated. Withdrawals are available via Mobile Money (African operators and Mynita Mixx by YAS) or cryptocurrency.

A unique withdrawal code, generated on request from a manager, is required for each withdrawal request. This code is permanent and cannot be regenerated.

Withdrawal requests are approved and processed within 24 to 48 business hours. NoteKash reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals on an account in case of suspected fraud.

6. User conduct

Users agree to use the platform fairly. Prohibited activities include: creating multiple accounts, submitting automated reviews, abusing the reward system, abusive language, and any illegal activity.

7. Suspension and termination

NoteKash may suspend or delete an account for violation of these Terms, proven fraud, or at the user's request. Fraudulent earnings will be cancelled.

8. Liability

NoteKash connects advertisers and testers. The platform cannot be held responsible for payment delays caused by Mobile Money operators or blockchain networks. NoteKash commits to processing requests within the stated timeframes.

9. Changes

NoteKash may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or through the app. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the user's country of residence, subject to applicable mandatory provisions. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
